Resolutions:
- Resolutions may only be submitted by delegates to convention and canonically resident clergy.
- Following the practice of General Convention and Robert’s Rules of Order, 1970 ed., please omit the use of preambles (“whereas” clauses) in the composition of proposed resolutions.
- Reasons and justifications may be included in an explanation following the resolution, to clarify that a vote is being taken only on the substance of the resolution.
- Each resolution must have signatures from two members of convention.
- Physical signatures and electronic endorsements are acceptable.
- Resolutions forms, in original or scanned copy, must be received in the diocesan offices no later than September 23, 2026.
