Diocesan Constitution and Canons
The diocesan constitution as approved in Diocesan Convention in November 2016, and Canons and Rules of Order revised in November 2025 are downloadable here: Diocesan Constitution and Canons. The diocesan canons outline the governing structure of the diocese and how its annual convention and other business shall be conducted, and are binding on all clergy, vestries and parishes of the diocese.
